In the west we call it energy. In Asia it is called Qi , Chi, Ki, ect., in India they call it Prana.

The general definition for each of these is “life giving force”.

The sun is considered by many to be our primary source of “life giving force” and everything that I have ever seen, heard, touched, smelled or eaten has had an energy attached to it.

When you walk into a building you get a feeling or sense of whether you like it or not.

When you meet someone you form an instant opinion about them based on their energy.
